ProtokoloSportswear.com does not sell, share or trade your name, address, email address, buying information, or anything else about you with any other stores, catalogs, or individuals.

Returns & Exchange:
We will replace any defective merchandise returned to our office within 7 days of your receipt.  No additional shipping and handling charges will be incurred by the purchaser for return of defective merchandise.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from ProtokoloSportswear.com, you are welcome to exchange or return the merchandise.

Returned items with refund request must be received in our office within 7 days of your receipt.  The merchandise will be subject to a 5% restocking fee.  The remaining 95% of the value of the purchase will be returned.  Should the purchaser elect to receive a store credit instead of a refund when returning merchandise, the restocking fee will be waived.

Returns received in our office after 7 days from delivery date will receive a store credit.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive returns and exchanges.

Returned apparel must be unworn, unsoiled and in perfect condition; which includes, resealable and accompanying bags, and items properly folded with all tags in place.

Apparel which has been soiled (sweat - make-up - deodorant - hair), mishandled, abused, wadded up, or laundered will be returned to the purchaser. No credit will be issued.



Examples of unacceptable returns.

Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded for returns and exchanges.

Shipping and handling charges are non refundable once an order is shipped.

Shipping: Shipping and handling prices are based on delivery to addresses in the United States only.  Items are sent by Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.  Prices are based on the number of pieces and/or price of items purchased.  Items are not shipped until full payment is received.
